1. Description of N series atomization controller

This series of controllers are used in conjunction with methanol spray burners to complete ignition and firepower adjustment. The ones with extinguishing function can be used in steaming ladle furnaces and other places.

System parameter setting method: Long press the setting key to enter the system parameter setting, turn the knob to select the desired menu, then press the setting key to display the value, turn the knob to adjust the value, and then long press the setting key until SAU is displayed, which means the save is successful. Note: If you don't see SAU, it means you didn't save successfully, and the system still works according to the previous parameters.

Operating instructions: In the OFF state, press the knob to start the work, ignite and spray, turn the knob to adjust the firepower when burning, press the knob to stop working when burning, and return to the OFF shutdown state.

Series product description: This series of products also have N2 type, N3 type and so on. N2 adds a rocker switch shift function on the basis of N1, and N3 adds a flameout protection function on the basis of N1.

1. dIn menu is the minimum firepower; default value: 28.8; setting range: 0.0-100; ★function description: the minimum firepower value that can be achieved by turning the knob.

2. The dAn menu is the maximum firepower; default value: 43.8; setting range: 0.0-100; ★function description: the maximum firepower value that can be reached by turning the knob.

3. The oPP menu is the starting power value; the default value: 30; the setting range: 0.0-100; ★Function description: the power value when starting by pressing the knob.

4. odH menu is ignition delay time; default value: 12 seconds; setting range: 3-20 seconds; ★Function description: the time from ignition start to automatic stop.

5. The Str menu is to start the rotation virtual position; default value: 1 division; setting range: 0-20 divisions; ★Function description: the number of divisions to start the work by turning the knob in the stopped state, 0 means turning off the function.

6. SoP menu is to stop rotating virtual position; default value: 1 division; setting range: 0-20 divisions; ★function description: the number of divisions when turning the knob to stop working in the minimum fire state, 0 means turning off the function.

7. The dEl menu is the pump delay value; the default value: 2 divisions; the setting range: 0-20 divisions; ★Function description: the number of divisions to start the pump by turning the knob after ignition, 0 means the pump starts at the same time.

8. The SEP menu is the knob firepower adjustment speed; the default value is 0.3; the setting range: 0.1-10; ★Function description: the smaller the value, the finer and slower the adjustment, the larger the value, the faster the adjustment.

9. The tdF menu is the option of turning the knob to supplement the ignition; the default value is 1; the setting range: 0-1; ★Function description: 0: turning the knob does not ignite; 1: turning the knob is to supplement the ignition.

10. The LAS menu is the option of starting firepower; the default value is 0; the setting range: 0-1; ★Function description: 0: burning according to the starting firepower value; 1: burning according to the firepower value when the fire is off.
